2004 24 Hour Hockeython

24 Hours of continuous inline hockey action and excitement at the YMCA of HK Kings Park Centenary Centre Inline hockey rink.

The event was also used to select the Youth teams that will represent KPCC and the HKYIHL at the 2004 Hong Kong Inline Cup in November 2004, and to raise money for the Hong Kong, China Inline Hockey Association. The aims of this organization are as follows:

  • To promote and develop the sport of Inline hockey.
  • To provide leadership training and organize activity for player development.
  • To help those persons interested in learning and developing their skills in inline hockey to do so in a properly organized programme and in a manner consistent with a healthy and positive philosophy of sports.
  • To develop the capabilities of coaches, referees and other officials involved in the sport of inline hockey.
  • To otherwise govern and develop the sport of inline hockey in Hong Kong and the activities of the individual and corporate members of the Association.
  • To promote, hold and sponsor (either alone or in conjunction with any other association, club, corporation or persons) tournaments or any other activity with a view to furthering the objects of the Association.

This is a relatively new non profit making organization in Hong Kong and by raising funds for this Association you will be guaranteed that all the money will go back into the development of the game here in the future.

When Was It?
